There are 6 rooms, all fairly spacious. The whole place has been refurnished, and we welcome respectful roommates like you to become our tenant. 2 of the rooms have there own bathroom with another has it's own balcony. This sure is one of the best house around the area.
About the environment
5分鐘能到捷運古亭站和最近的超市。附近的饅頭店、咖啡廳等等你發掘，也不乏一些有趣的驚喜。往南走可以走到河堤，在天氣好的時候走走是非常舒服的。
5 minutes to MRT Guting station and the nearest supermarket. 15 minutes by walk to NTNU, 2 stations away from NTU and NTUST. Easy transit to anywhere in Taipei. There are some interesting shops and Cafe inside the alley. The riverbank is also 5 minutes away, good for a walk when the weather is nice.
