It's a typical three-bedroom unit, but if you come in and explore, the large front balcony and kitchen space will give you plenty of room for imagination. Even if you have a hoarding habit, there's enough space to accommodate it for a while.
This property has been renovated by Zuyou, and we hope to find tenants who will cherish both the space and the community.

捷運新埔民生站9分中，5分鐘即可到超市與裕民夜市，完整的生活圈接在10分中步行的範圍。往北能在假日時享受河岸風光、坐2站即能到板橋大遠百。
附近也有板橋運動中心與致理科技大學。
