一走進來這間房源就會被他的空間感驚艷，整個格局是非常方正且明亮的。客廳並不小，租客可以找兩三個朋友在家聚會也不嫌擠，整個空間除了配置電視櫃、鞋櫃提供足夠收納空間之外，還有許多空間的留白讓租客發揮。一走到廚房，又是另一種風情。如果客廳是放鬆舒適的感覺，那廚房就是帶給租客活力的一個空間，淺木色系的壁版及傢俱的跳色，在這邊用餐或煮飯都會心情很好。 雖然有很大的公共空間，卻也沒壓縮到房間的大小。兩間房間走的是淺綠色的風格，也是這三間裡面比較大的兩間，整體主視覺是白色，很適合再搭配其他顏色的寢具、布織品。因為空間很大，房間的不同區域我們也用傢俱做了一些簡單的區隔，租客也可以根據自己的收納需求增添傢俱、裝飾，讓空間都可以被利用到100％。另一間就是米棕色系的設計，雖然比較小一點，但我們也提供了足夠的收納傢俱，一樣可以塞進租客的所有家當。附近有非常棒的生活機能，有公車、全聯、公園、麥當勞、多元的餐廳，而且又房源內也有電梯，生活在這個公寓真的很方便。
The flat is very spacious and bright, making it a relaxing space when coming back home. The common space is big enough to have some friends over from time to time, which is also great to just chill or dine. Equipped with furniture to keep your belongings, and designed with the light colors so it's easy to combine and mix match with your collection. To top it off, the apartment has an elevator.
About the environment
位於中山區的世外桃源，捷運中山國小與行天宮站都約10分鐘，房子對面即是全聯，往北走有台北花博公園。若有交通工具，新生高架與建國高架可以帶你快速穿越台北，往東直行即可到內湖。是方便安靜集結於一身的好地方。
10 minutes away from MRT Zhongshan Elementary School Station and Xintian Temple Station. There's a PX Mart right in front, parks and restaurant are just around the corner as well. It's a great location that combines convenience and quietness.
