Located on the 22-meter-wide Xinxing Road in Sanchong District, New Taipei City, Jimei Dingfeng is a residential building completed in 2022 by Jitai Construction. The 15-floor building (with 4 basement levels) has just 3 units per floor served by two 12-person elevators, with direct access to the underground parking and a rooftop sky garden. It’s a low-density, residents-only building with an on-site manager, offering a quiet and secure living environment. This unit sits on a mid-level floor facing the river, with excellent natural light and ventilation and open riverside views that make daily life feel wonderfully relaxed.

This is the most comfortable renovation we’ve handled this year. It comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, water heater, all-in-one washer-dryer, and a complete kitchen, along with a bed, wardrobe, sofa, desk, and chairs already in place—please note, however, that a mattress will need to be purchased separately. The 39.8-ping (approx. 131.5 m²) layout offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 balcony in a well-proportioned design. Cooking is allowed, and international tenants are warmly welcomed.

日常採買方面，鄰近全聯、迪卡儂三重店，以及光明市場、集美市場與三重果菜批發市場  ，生鮮蔬果新鮮實惠；步行可達大台北都會公園、玫瑰公園與三重國民運動中心（內有室內泳池、健身房、桌球與籃球場）假日運動休閒不愁去處。

Transport and everyday convenience are real highlights here. There’s a convenience store right at the corner of Xinxing Road, about a 2-minute walk away. Sanchong Station is roughly a 10-minute walk, where the Airport MRT connects you directly to Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan International Airport. With the Zhongxiao and Zhongxing Bridges close by, you can reach central Taipei by car in about 3 minutes—making this an ideal base for commuters across Taipei and New Taipei, as well as frequent international travelers. For daily needs, you’ll find PX Mart and Decathlon Sanchong nearby, along with Guangming Market, Jimei Market, and the Sanchong wholesale produce market for fresh, affordable groceries. Da Taipei Metropolitan Park, Rose Park, and the Sanchong Sports Center (featuring an indoor pool, gym, table tennis, and basketball courts) are all within walking distance, leaving you spoilt for choice on weekends.
